Abstract Submission
Abstracts will be submitted using Shoyaku Co., Ltd.'s abstract registration system (Gsystem).
Please read the abstract submission guidelines below and register by clicking the "New Registration" button at the bottom of this page.
Eligibility
1. Presenter (Lead Speaker) Presenters
must be members of the Japan Society of Plastic Surgery. If you are a non-member, please complete the enrollment procedure in advance. If you have any questions about membership, please contact the secretariat of the Japan Society of Plastic and Plastic Surgery.
2. Membership number
A membership number is required when applying for abstracts. If you are unsure, please contact the secretariat of the Japan Society of Plastic Surgery below. If you are not a member at the time of application, please provisionally register your membership number as 99 (2 digits) and complete the enrollment procedure as soon as possible.

Abstract Preparation Guidelines
When submitting a abstract, follow the instructions on the abstract submission screen and enter all the necessary items such as the desired presentation format, the name of the first speaker, the name of the co-presenter, the name of the organization to which you belong, the e-mail address of your contact information, the title of the abstract, and the body of the abstract.
【Registration of presenters and affiliations】
1. The lead speaker must be the presenter.
2. Speakers: Up to 10 (including the first speaker)
3. Affiliation: Up to 10 facilities (including the affiliation of the lead speaker)
4. You can specify multiple affiliations for an author.
1. Abstract Title: up to 100 characters
2. Abstract: up to 1,800 words
- If the number of characters exceeds the above number, you will not be able to register.
- Please enter in half-width characters.
- Tags such as <SUP> are not converted to the number of characters.
- Machine-dependent characters such as Roman numerals and special characters cannot be used.
- If you copy and paste the decorated text in a Microsoft Word file as it is, the decorations (bold, italic, underline, superscript (e.g., Na+) and subscript (e.g., H2O)) will be automatically removed.
- For decorations (bold, italic, underline, superscript (e.g., Na+) or subscript (e.g., H2O)), please copy and paste and use the edit palette button at the top of the abstract input field to edit it.
- If garbled characters occur and you are unable to save or post, please contact us by e-mail.
- Images and photographs cannot be attached.
- Please write the abstract in the following order: [Purpose], [Method], [Results], and [Discussion] as much as possible.
- Please note that we will not accept applications that exceed restrictions on speakers, venue, character count, etc.
- Submitted abstracts, as a general rule, will not be proofread. We will create a collection of abstracts using the data registered by the person himself/herself, so please be careful not to make typographical errors.
Confirmation, Correction, and Withdrawal of Registered Abstracts
- After the abstract is submitted, the abstract submission system (Gsystem) will automatically send you a receipt notification by e-mail, so please be sure to check the e-mail. If you do not receive a receipt notification email within one day or more, please contact the management office (jsprs-kiso2025@zenith-j.co.jp) to confirm whether you have registered.
- How to save the input content and how to post The "Temporary Save" button is located at the bottom of the abstract registration screen. If you want to save temporarily, click the "Temporarily Save" button. Your entry will now be saved. When posting, click the "Post" button, check the input on the next screen, and be sure to click "Confirm Post". The abstract is now "posted".
Use [ ] in parentheses for subheadings used in the main text. - During the abstract submission period, you can revise the abstract as many times as you like. Please note that in order to modify the abstract, you will need the login ID/password at the time of abstract registration.
- You can check the proofreading of the abstracts to be published in the abstract collection by going to "My Page > Abstracts > Abstract List", so be sure to check it.
- If you wish to withdraw your abstract, please contact the Secretariat (jsprs-kiso2025@zenith-j.co.jp).
Acknowledgment number and password
Please set an arbitrary password when registering an abstract.
Please be sure to make a note of the "password" and "abstract registration number" as they are required to check and modify the abstract.
Submission to the Video Library of the Japan Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery
At 34th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, we recommend that you provide the contents of your presentation to the video library of the Japan Society of Plastic Surgery. For details, please refer to the following.

Notification of Acceptance of Abstract
Please leave the selection to the President. The selected abstracts, presentation format, and presentation date and time will be announced on the "List of Abstracts" page on the website in mid-July.

Closing in on deadlines, you may be flooded with registrations and corrections, which can make it difficult to access, so we recommend that you register and correct early. Even if you do not need to revise the content of the abstract, please access My Page and check if the abstract is registered from My Page > Abstract > Abstract List.
Protection of Personal Information
The abstract registration system of this society is outsourced to the abstract registration system (Gsystem) of Shoyaku Co., Ltd. The name, contact information, and e-mail address collected during the registration and abstract registration will be used for inquiries and announcement notifications from the secretariat. In addition, the name, affiliation, title of the abstract, and the text of the abstract will be used for the purpose of posting on the website and the abstract collection, and will not be used for any other purpose. After the conference, we will thoroughly manage all information so that it is not leaked to the outside.
